Health and Wellbeing
Graduation day

2nd December 2016

Graduation Day
After completing 12 group sessions facilitated by government health staff, 89 participants graduated from 10 disadvantaged communities. It was wonderful to witness the enthusiasm of the participants in sharing their learning and observe the special bonds which had developed between them and the health staff.
One participant commented “This is a magic book (the health journal) because I have learnt so much. I can use this to raise my own children.” Health staff observed that ““They are starting to understand themselves. Many are talking about going back to school.” A full program evaluation will be completed and posted!
